Well, LSG is a great company with a great enviroment. I was hired while I was going thru a hard time so I'm thankful for the opportunity but, considering I'm great at what I do, I do not feel I was appreciated at the beginning. However, this has changed in the last months, finally!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It took me a lot of time to get a leadership position but now that I'm here, I've realized I get paid just a little bit more of what I was making as a logistics coordinator. Honestly I thought it was going to be more but at the end of the day I'm always thankful for my job.
