Unfortunately is missing a solid structure for me to share my opinion.
Miscommunication between branches and inside the QA Department, missing Manager since January, lack of profiling for the QA Role, no recognitions or encouragement for improvement.
A bonus structure in place. Benefits for the Bogota Branch (since all of them occur in Barranquilla or Cartagena) and the same benefits as the Operations Department such as breakfast/ gym memberships, etc
