We treat each other as equal, there's no sense of "superiority" (That is good for communication as far as there is a respectful treat). Always willing to help and improve processes
I've not had a lot of chances to work directly with other people from LT, only with other employees from the client but when I have worked or spent time with them, they have shown to be very smart and funny people.
Current salaries for my role and skills seams to be higher than what I'm receiving... I feel unconfident about requesting a raise because I already did a few months ago (it was a good raise tbh but still way lower than market seams to be). Manag. say there should be a process for this but nothing ye
