I started Lean staffing last year, my first full time job after college, I was so excited for this opportunity, after a while, I was feeling a little frustrated, people being promoted for no reason, job gets a little bored something, doing the exact same thing every day, I want to keep learning
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're very close, that's a good thing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Something we feel as a call center, call by call, estresfull a lot of times. However, the place is good for doing all our duties.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Being from the tracker team can feel a little frustration when we have been here for too long, people feel stuck. Even though we are doing things right, someone new can be promoted first, something a little unfair.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Tracking department have some much messeare and we do not have bonus as the others departmens do. We have monthly goals but no compensation. That's the reason tracking department at the end of the day don't do more than the goal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening more the employees, sometimes they out the client first, we know that we have this opportunity because they invested in Cartagena brach. however, we need more flexibility as the employees in USA. At the end we re offering a excellent job.
