What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing comes to my mind and this is BAD.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I come to work not to make friends, I want everyone to do their jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Newly hired people is getting higher salaries than the ones currently working. It should be the opposite and all salaries with the same title should get paid THE SAME.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop rewarding people for their personal preferences and not for their individual achievements. So many people have moved upwards just because while overlooking people who work hard and do what they're supposed to do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Goals keep going up even though just because the client demands it. The balance is non-existant and there's barely any time left to even do the ACTIVE PAUSES to relax our bodies. My anxiety has gone through the roof and I just do the bare minimun since there are no rewards for a job well done
