Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at Lean for almost 10 months, and took me 7 months to get a raise from $2.000.000 to $2.500.000, and at the time I was hired there were people less prepared and with a regular english level earning $2,700.000, Now I referred a friend and he was offered the same salary I have after 7 months
