The best ever. Good income - which can be better - with a lot of respect an support from your coworkers and your team. I would like to add that we do have benefits, but some other companies are offering a lot of things like paying your gym or your netfilx. LSG is now a 9, if you do so you'll be a 10
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
At first it was outstanding. Managers used to take care of their teams and were willing to teach and give growth opportunities for their teammates. Now, it's an average experience. Managers now only care for you to do your job and that's it.

They;re always willing to help me, no matter what. They seem to care about me not only as an eployee, but as a person and as a key member for this team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The same potition for almost 3 years is not a challenge any longer. They best way to improve it would be either a better income and an extra day off every other weekend, or the option to develop different tasks
What makes you most happy at work?
The autonomy, which shows that your managers and support team trust in what you're doing every single day. ANd the option to work at home or to have a mixed work between your office and your home, that the most amazing thing for me

The way we respect each other no matter your age, genre or your way to talk, to do the things. For me that huge. I'm 40 and working with boys and girls on their 20ths. I have never felt apart, or older or silly. That's an opportunity only this company gave me

I only have a weekend of each month to spend time with my family. Payrol;l is not reflecting the effort I'm doing. Also, the additional payments for sundays and holidays aren't paid as they should. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that nowadays, we have a lot of bilinguals loking for a position, either here or into a different companyh. However I believe that besides the specific knowledge of a foreing language it's important to have work experience. I have it, it's a big one and I think I deserve a little more income
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Even do I have a degree as a teacher and I have experience as QA Analyst and as a trainer I asked 3 different times for growth opportunities and all the times the answer I received was a NO. As well since I was moved from after hours to the weekends shift my payroll is a mess. They need to fix it.
