The collaborative work we do and how aligned we are. We also share many things in common outside of work that makes us feel closer - regardless of working in different sites
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company does not have a structured plan of adjusting salaries to the positions and some positions are not paid based on their impact to the company. Addressing any of the topics above would make me feel better with my compensation
