LSS has been a pleasant experience, the thing we do here are totally different than you can expect. There are plenty of good things as bad things. I love being able to handle my own breaks and lunch time without problems and many other things. However, we don't have any growing chance here.

The fact that we are busy most of the time so you don't even notice the time flies.

Most of the time the relationship between managers and the rest of the team is good enough so we can keep things clear.

We have a good communication between the different members of the team even tho we are not a real team because we are divided on different branches that are not related between each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The partnership on which I am at this moment is one of the hardest ones keeping in mind we take inbound, outbound call and emails all at the same time non-stop and even new member are making more money than senior coordinators I consider it would be fair if we all were paid based on the performance.
