Training was great, every question I had was answered, every time I have a question of if I hesitate in any process I receive help from my coworkers and supervisors. They really think that we are human beings and always try to avoid excess of work

Working at home is wonderful because I can avoid traffic jams, safety issues and I can share more time with my family

I work from home, so I don't know too much coworkers, but after some meetings I have felt that coworkers and managers seem to be reliable and kind
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Make questions when they have doubts about any process in their roles, I have seem some mistakes that can be avoidable only by asking a simple question instead of finding the error by chance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For Bogota´s branch there are not benefits, like alliances with stores, gift cards, or discounts for places like gyms or restaurants. I only receive the basic salary, the only way to get extra money is by working extra hours, there are not monthly bonuses. Other job
