Nothing, they know how to do what they need to do and do it as expected.

That they do not keep on pushing for more and more like it happens in other companies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel motivated because I don't feel fairly paid because I know the rest of my team earn more despite "we all do the same"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never get a gift or at least a mention for my birthday. Never get info about chances to grow in the company. I get paid less than my coworkers despite I'm the more experienced one.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be fair with wages, especially with old employees like me that have trained all the new members of the team, but earn way less than them despite I have already asked to be leveled to AT LEAST get the same the new guys are getting (but feeling tenure deserves more).
