It has been very good, I've been able to learn a lot and to accomplish some of my goals, I feel comfortable working here, I'm not gonna be here 4ever, but is a really good place to work in, not too many issues besides some delays on the payrolls and lack of communication with the supervisor, thanks!

All is good, sometimes I don't receive the payment of bonuses on time

Challenge myself to accomplish new goals, increase my numbers in terms of sales and it's also a good opportunity to learn from other cultures, interact, laugh

They are very smart, they show willingness to help, they are focused on their goals, they aren't afraid to express ideas, with this I mean my USA-T coworkers from lss, not the managers, I don't know them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show some REAL interest in being a team, to me, it's always difficult to interact with my manger, I know he's busy but come on! At least a 5 minutes individual monthly meeting, our department is conformed by 3 people, we need more help from him, and feel part of a team.
