improve upper management’s leadership skills and show them how to be courteous and polite even by email, motivate all teams, make the office environ

The market salaries for our role are higher as well as the benefits they offer and the job description overall. We would need to have a market study and a fair salary adjustment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start caring for their team as human beings and not just numbers. Have clear internal selection processes rather than promoting their friends or acquaintances. Motivate their team and have bonuses and more recognition for us rather than raising their voices and pointing fingers at us.
