Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I love the company, but i think some directives are thinking more about them and not their employees a lot of rumors and gossip and sometimes from some people a very toxic place to work i have a family and 2 daughters and they are why I do my best, but I been feel attacked in the las weeks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is some good things and teamwork oriented.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I been misjudging and undervalued in my division from my superiors

Team work oriented and we are very resilient towards bad decisions they directives take

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My paid day, not feeling really good with the arbitrary decisions manager take in the department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the work I do is not valued and my salary is not equal as other departments.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To set expectations clear since the moment of the interview and help you with your grow. with not so many excuses in between

Work on integrity and be more accountable in the internal process resolve better. problems between employees and don't take sizes. be more diligent in things they escalate vs what they say

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I been working for the company 3 years; I been trying to give my best, for misunderstandings my image has been dropping vs of what I really provide to my division.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Is very divide different areas of the company do their best to provide companion la mental health but labor relations take sizes and part of versions without involving the person they complain about

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

when i get promoted I was tell that department that i was moving to has the same rank as the other ones and it was not true and has been really hard to grow even the I shows positive results
