What are some of the best things about your team?
They have plenty of knowledge and are willing to share it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfair payment, people get paid more or less on arbitrary reasons. Lean needs to be more transparent about salaries, openings and policies
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start paying the same salary for the same position. I earn 3.5, other people make 3.8, 5 and 5.6 for the same job!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start being transparent about the openings available, establish numeric KPIs for ops team, start paying better to our ops team, stop lying and decrease politics and bureaucracy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid less than the people I manage. I have been with a temporal company since May 2022. I was promised a raise in February and it did not happen. Stop lying!
