They are always willing to help. The office environment at the Quality Department is great. I not only found good work teammates but also great professionals and good human beings.
Caring about people. When we found out that a staffer is underperforming or when receiving a non-conformity we do our best to help and encourage her/him to overcome the challenge and be able to reach and exceed expectations.
There are staffers that are paid better than the LSG Management team. I don't feel bad and I love my job, money is not my only motivation. However, it will be better if the salaries were set according to the organizational structure.
