What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the people your work closest with and being part of something bigger. Learning something new every day. To create, solve problems and see growth may it now be personal, a colleague, a department, a branch, LSG, or the customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LSG does not feel like work, but rather like a community where you can feel the positive vibes the moment you walk into the office. They are people-oriented and are genuinely concerned about their well-being. Constantly investing and improving services toward their workforce!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Simply because I did not receive a raise for about 2-2.5 years and really had to insist to obtain something while others with a lot less experience and responsibilities were receiving a good basic wage + bonus, making basically as much as I did after being only 2 - 3 years with the customer.
