La verdadera preocupacion para con sus empleados, aun cuando el trabajo es nuestra maxima prioridad, no olvidan que somos seres humanos y estamos propensos a tener problemas ajenos al trabajo.

They know our main goal is to get the work done, but they are nice people, valuable people, we always get the job done and can laugh some times while we do it.

I was told at the beginning that key people was for everyone who deserved it, I've been working more than 2 years now and my performance has been outstanding, but I've never been eligible for the key people perks.

Segun tenia entendido, los beneficios que la empresa ofrece a sus empleados, empezaban a calificar desde el año completado con contrato directo y cumpliendo con estandares de calidad en el trabajo, en mi caso, ya tengo mas de dos años
