Before lean I was doing some customer service for companies like Kohls, USPS , Disney.. and in any of those I have feel more important than in lean. they way Lean Staff cares about their employees it's amazing. they proved this to you not only by the paycheck, they way they handle personal problems,

friendship, communication skills , they way they make you feel like everything yo do matter for a bigger purpose.
What makes you most happy at work?
been able to manage my time , and to have people that trust you in accomplished any project or task they left for you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the fact that lean has a partnership with Gyms, although bonus structure was removed not too long ago I feel very satisficed with our regular paycheck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the friendly environment in the office. and I love the fact that we all work as a one team, QA, WFA and OPS , by having meetings together where we discussed our goals and how are we going to get it done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everybody has something value to add to our team. talking about QA, WFA and OPS . At least here in Bucaramanga we have a lot of different careers in our team, engineers , lawyers , chemist, so we have a lot different points of view when it comes to resolve an issue.
