There are many positive things to highlight, such as communication, punctuality in payments, activities and benefits that exist. However, in my personal experience with the client we serve, it has not been the best, and from LeanTech I have not felt that it is about finding a solution.

Responsibility, communication, support, loyalty, leadership
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The constant communication of the objectives and progress of the company. In addition, the design of strategies in order to maintain or improve the work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The fault is not with Lean Tech, it is with the client for whom I provide my services, which is very demanding and lacks assertive communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The constant communication channels about the activities that are carried out, the benefits that are provided, camaraderie in many groups, the focus of always helping the partner to resolve doubts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I started with a low salary range, and over time the increase is tied to the clauses of the contract, and it is not projected to be an increase that allows me to have a salary like the one that I am sure my colleagues have having the same responsibility.
