Siempre hay altos y bajos como en cualquier otra empresa. Quisiera de ser posible que los superiores en operaciones tuvieran charlas de como motivar e incentivar a sus equipos para no solo hacer un mejor trabajo sino a sentirse mas comodos en sus puestos y seguir adelante sin considerar renunciar.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It used to be great when I started but management turned to worse, zero support from the team in Guatemala. I work directly with my team in USA which is why I found it very weird for HR to let my manager here give me disciplinary process and negative feedback when she doesn't even know what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No se ni que es un paquete de compensacion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I only have one coworker because we are only 2 in Guatemala but from what I spoken with him, he seems like a nice person compared to our management team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The labor relations team should improve, thought they were supposed to help when I was being a victim of power abuse by my manager and they ended up blaming me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hasta donde he visto no tenemos tantos beneficios como otras empresas en cuanto a descuentos en negocios locales o promociones. El unico beneficio que he logrado ver es el seguro medico el cual es pagado.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
En si no esta en manos de Lean ya que es la cuenta la que decide contratar pero tener un equipo mas grande trabajando en la misma cuenta aca en Guatemala seria una gran ayuda.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Deberian de tener empatia, actuar como equipo y no abusar de poder para intimidarlo a uno, amenazar con despedir y sobre todo aprender el trabajo que uno maneja, como pueden ser lideres si ni siquiera saben que es lo que uno hace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Las horas que trabajo, mis dias off y el sueldo son cosas que me mantienen con la empresa pero el desempeño del equipo tanto local como en Estados Unidos me han hecho considerar renunciar multiples veces aunque no es una decision que to
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Siendo muy honesto no estoy seguro de que es lo que hace mi equipo de operaciones, trabajo directamente con las personas de mi cuenta las cuales estan en Estados Unidos y casi nunca tengo comunicacion con los encargados de la cuenta en mi pais.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should work on their empathy and not abuse of their position's power to abuse you acting immature. And it would be nice that my team would actually learn what is it that we do in the account and help every now and then.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Creo que la atencion al empleado cuando esta en necesidad de algun dia especial ya sea vacaciones o algun permiso deberia de tener prioridad, no deberia hacer un request de hace dos semanas y preguntar si ya se a hecho algo y que me digan que todavia no, es inaceptable.
