Teamwork, quality, smart people and willing to help

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Can't tell yet. Haven't live any cultural moment in here, there are some mini prizes they give for traditional holidays but only that.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management, you should care more about the human factor, as a company that states is committed to mental health you should check people skills to the managers that are in charge. Pay more accordly to the job we make

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You can see the job market and realize that people is being paid almost the double of what you earn in here, what are the benefits? There are non. Just free parking that sometimes is full and you have to park in the street. There are no bonusses and nothing else

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Care about people. They don't carw about you as a person they just see you as a machine that has to work, if you get sick or you get an acdident or personal emergency their first thought is to punish you and discount the time you could not make during that shift
