So far not the best experience. At first I thought it was but then they're being so unfair to our team.

What makes me happy is the very comfortable working environment.

I can't say more positive because they are treating our team unfairly.

Hopefully everyone gets fair treatment because this doesn't apply in our team!

The company provides what's best for the employees. And, all the co-workers are very friendly and accommodating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low salary compared to other logistics company. Doesn't have a yearly increase, very few leaves and also non convertible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Half are okay, they're doing their job well and very approachable., But some are not so well, and while others are unfair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop being unfair to us, please! We have reached out many times with our supervisors and managers but it seems that they're not listening to us to the point that we do it ourselves only to find out that indeed we're treated unfairly.
