My Co-workers, and the thought that maybe one day the people running our branch would listen intead of just giving what they think we need. but it turns out that they only provide what they want.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture that other employees have set, which is giving respect to others and their opinion. Being open to all suggestions and criticism. and Flexibility even if there are a lot of promises that was not given or met yet.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Company is still young and some other benefits may not be available at the moment, however considering that there are a lot of BPO companies that offer more we can say that the benefit we get is mediocre at some point

The leaves approval rate and comsentation. There are more than a thousand BPO that has the same benefit as we do but the have more flexible options such as convertible to cash leave for unused leaves or carry over point or leaves.
