Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Client and Colleague-wise, It is all good, but management can be improved in terms of communication, and decision making as there has been a lot of trouble with providing relevant info that employee should know about, as notices are being provided on a short notice leaving employees rushed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
employee welfare and benefits, and communication

Team players, communication and cares about the whole team.

better communication with management and decision that are pro-employees.

My coworkers and the personnel in the building we are in
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Colleagues are positive and joyful despite being busy and stress at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary only. Too bad there is no allowances nor benefits that are non-taxable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits and fair compensation are still not being practiced. Proper assessment of workload and invested progress/growth should be equally compensated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ms. Andrea Penuela discuss and inform all of the needed information and provide advices and suggestions that helps me grow at the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inside our room (RPM), everyone gets along and even though there are some issues with the company altogether, we tried to stay focus to working and getting through the day
What are some of the best things about your team?
My former Account (USXpress) and my current account (RPM) are both harmonious and exciting to work with. I think my colleagues are what keeps me going and working here in the company
