Glad to be part of the people who are helping the company to grow, but I hope we are also considered most of the time, our security by providing an internet connection and a salary increase every year to acknowledge our loyalty to the company

The eagerness to add more manpower for the operations but not seeing the value of old employees.

My friends. Talking to different people as part of my job and the comfortability at work while working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if we have this performance-based bonuses and also compensation that is non-taxable like the de minimis benefits.

Being able to socialize with others with the new set up that we have here, the inclusivity and the respect for each other's preferences.

The people I work with, the job itself, the fact that we are well taken care of when it comes to what we need in our job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just earned my 1 year of stay in this company and I am expecting a salary raise as a compensation for my loyalty and for adding value to their operations for a year. I think these kinds of things do not just have to be acknowledged but also have to have a monetary value.
