I would say that my overall experience is fairly good. Although I have experienced situations where in the management could have done it better. I am looking forward for things to be better in the near future and hopefully this time around the employees concern and sentiments would be heard.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I had a good start with the company however as I am on my second year now I see things differently. I do not understand the concept of not being allowed to work from home specially for special occasions such as Christmas and New Year. it would be nice to be allowed so that we can be with our family.

if the wifi is fast and the room is not loud

My Manger Alberto Diaz goes out of his way if needed to accommodate the help that I need/ed

I believe there should be more activity thrown for employees just like with other branches. Give better benefits that employees needs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Proper consideration of their employee. Make decision that would not only benefit the company but rather the employees as well especially now that a lot has left the company.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1. listen to employees feedback 2. be considerate to employees e.g. getting late due to bad weather, have work from home set up as an option specially that the office area gets flooded
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because I feel like I am doing so much and I do not even get anything in return i.e recognition. I would feel better about my compensation better if we get a yearly increase.

Filing a leave is as stressful as it can get. Leaves gets approve a bit late even if you file it 2 weeks prior to the dates requested. I am tasked to do work that I am not even compensated for e.g. training floaters every two months. I highly believe I should be compensated for it.
