Ensure that their teammates' well-being is looked after. Often, we become demotivated, feeling that our leaders don't genuinely care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like it in the office when my friends are around. Otherwise, I just sit on my workstation and doesn't really mind anyone else.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The hassle of commuting everyday. Especially this season of the year, it's raining a lot. Being able to wfh would be a great help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've been waiting for over a year for better benefits and allowances. I have relocated closer to the company thinking it will be fine in the long run. At this point, I no longer know if I can continue living in Manila.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increases should not solely depend on tenure with a client. Teammates should be evaluated based on their performance, regardless of how long they have been working with specific clients. Some may change clients due to unforeseen events, such as clients withdrawing. No increase for 2 years.
