Since their promises were not meant and broken during the application and hiring process and up to onboarding, I lost some of my trust in the company. I don't know if I will grow here.

Easy going, they are friendly and easy to interact with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Started to feel at times that the operation was not being attentive to us employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. There is no Non-taxable allowance only basic Salary and no increase. 2. No free dependents for HMO which is a big factor for the employees to stay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It would be better if they were to adjust based on the Filipino culture because they are in the Philippines but most of us feel that we Filipino is the one that needs to adjust in our own country. That is what they make us feel. We respect their culture, but I don't feel the same from them.
