We had this experience with the team that one of our teamate was working from home for too long and we just requested if we can work from home as well since our team mate was working from home for 8months now and due to many reasons our work was affected traffic the heat index and lot more.

The 25,000 is not enough for a work that is far and it always cost a lot specially with going on the site everyday plus 25,000 pesos is only for paying the bills because of the inflation
