Transparency with my coworkers in the way we communicate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase the salary and choose the leads wisely because they do not make any effort to help the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing about them, they are not helpful at all and not willing to help the team. They are not leaders only bosses and don't care how the team feels even though there have been a lot of complains.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our team lead Andrea Rodriguez is a nightmare she is always going against us. She has been sanctioned. Change the HR representative here because she did not do anything for months until got escalated to a new encounter.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the leads and administration members because they do not have people skills and not willing to help anyone. They are rude, HR do not care about our needs and the infrastructure are not the best and bathrooms are always dirty.
