I love the company itself I can see how it will be a great place for me to work and look for a career in right now there's been a bit of struggle on the side of supervisor/manager expectations but I believe this could be improve

organized, clear in their expectations, more professional one on ones, set goals, make sure we all follow the rules

Just being able to interact with my clients do my job and spend time with my friends and peer at the building.

The openness all the operations and managent team has how present they are and some are willing to change things to improve it for our team.

more organization, efficiency and clarity as where are we going as a team and provide us with the tools and recourses needed to grow withing the company

We are moving into the right direction with all the changes that are made. I like the activities that are given and the opportunities to learn inside the workplace
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far we have very few benefits understandable in the Guatemala site due to the branch just opening but ideally would love some benefits for health school and personal growth

So far the benefits offered does not suite me. I would like to have a better compensation based on performance as well as benefits with vendors such as: gyms, spas, restaurants and education
