location is hard when traffic is complicated, we dont have parkins and a coffee shop inside the site, proppers place to rest / AC is so cold sometimes and computers are slow / we also should have bonus per metrics if they are asking to deliver more from us

communication / be more present in live situations /be aware of country situations / more knowledge about the information we handle on the account / do not have preference over people / do not select the person who has more details or presents with them instead of the ones that do their job
