Lack of support, high ratios, no support given or action taken for students with severe behavior issues, they blame the employees for thjngs out of their control, extreme lack of communication between admins/teachers and admins/families, the cirriculum is iffy, parents and staff watch you on camera

When there is enough support and enough proper cirriculum training
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and giving more classroom support. Instead of brushing off children with behavior problems, help manage them and recommend they receive the support they need, be transparent with families and staff.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More professionalism; when i interviewed my interviewer discussed their problems with the employee who was in the position i interviewed for, saying how terrible they were and needed to be replaced. They sugar coated the struggles within the classroom in the interview.
