Benefits are not great. Individals who work at coorporate offices treat staff at the centers poorly. I have very tight policies with little wiggle room and poor interstaff relationships

Trainings are all prerecording and incredibly dry. I always expect more especially out of a company supposibly focused on education
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Average market value for wages. Insurance is mediocre but is incredibly high per week. Decent retirement but very few stay long enough to benefit
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mainting and promoting staff. Massive turnover in almost every part of the company. Many failing centers that are ignored while new centers are bought up
