Was good in the beginning. Has slowly gotten worse because of management. The director is great, Assistant Director creates stress and anxiety.
What makes you most happy at work?
The kids, even though they're crazy, they're good kids.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Not so much the company, but the management hired by the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How easy it was to speak. Nothing was off the table. My boss was an open book.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard, do our best by our children and their families, we give it our all even on our worst days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership could use some work. They don't lead by example. Won't go out of their way to help their team. Use their phones during the day but employees can't.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a strong and hard worker. I always try and go the extra mile for my coworkers when I can. I put in a two week notice and was offered more money. Its been two months since that promised raise. I've yet to see any of it.
