What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The stress from management made everyone on edge and the women there truly acted as though they were in high school with their different groups and drama.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting staff and not treating their teachers as if management is better than them. Yes they are of higher "rank" but it is not an excuse to belittle the teachers position. Management also had poor communication between them and that too made everything harder and more stressful.
