Been with the company 17 years, growth and development have been key for me. The PTO is also really nice!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working to support the success of children and families...make a difference in the world! Sure this is a job, but to know that you're contributing to the success of our future generations is amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They're always trying to do activities at a company/team. They are pushing for better nutrition offerings/discussions, more exercise type activities, better work life balance, and just overall trying to make it a positive place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a really long time ago...I was just a kid and looking for a job in my field of study...teaching. I didn't know anyone and was really nervous. She was calm, friendly and made me feel comfortable.
