The company as a whole is good. They are good to their staff and give us opportunities for growth if we would like. Unfortunately some of the directors make wanting to go to work an unpleasant experience. The rest of the staff make up for that and make work enjoyable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with the kids and watching them play/smile is the best thing about my day at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefit options are pretty good and I can insure myself and my two children without breaking the bank.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of our teachers are friendly and professional. They are also willing to lend a hand if need be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was quick. She has already read my resume so I didn’t have to spend time going over things I had already written
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The children are the most positive thing about the environment. Even when having a bad day, if they smile or do something that they couldn’t do before and get excited, it makes me excit
