They have positive attitudes and through all the stuff we hav3 to go through we try to stick together and be happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not treat us as if they care. We are simply their laborers. I have to wait a whole year for benefits and the pay is not good enough for the amount of of work.
