Coroprate support is limited. Support comes at the district level. Many people in many areas for outreach, some better than others (payment, IT, customer support, education, inclusion, work orders, hiring).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of support available and in many different areas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing woth multiple people, some in person and some via phone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Childcare discount is by far the best at the manager level.
What makes you most happy at work?
When our group at the center level bans together. We are a great, big, weird family but we have each others backs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having time to communicate at an individial level & bounce ideas off of each other with support. I feel like the programs exist to listen to staff comments/concerns however how serously they are looked into may be limited.
