What does the leadership team need to get better at?Collaborating with lower level members to create lasting change and better our work environment so everyone doesn't want to quit all the time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do the work of three people, I'm on call or at the office (or both) 7 days a week. I only get paid $15 and hour for a managerial position. Rather than hiring more people to help with the work load, most of the people in our office just do the work of 4 individuals. Over worked and under paid.
