It's been a year of growth and excitement. I believe that although there are only a few levels of actual growth, there are other opportunities to contribute and grow withing the company. This was by far the healthiest tax season I've had in all my years and I look forward to many more.

Frustration. Lots of potential, but many wasted opportunities. Reasonable people may sometimes disagree on certain approaches. But there are several areas where I believe there is overwhelming consensus on what could be done to improve.

I have learned and grown so much, and LegalZoom has given me the perfect environment and space and resources to be my best self each day and each coming week.

Our leadership team really take criticisms and suggestions and integrates them into changes that benefit the workflow

They make you feel appreciated and respected. They are very understanding and always there to help you out.

I think my manager is doing the best they can with the constraints placed on them, and I hope for continued success for them. It's the decisions made above them that I sometimes take issue with. LZ has a culture of taking very conservative approaches which often hamper the customer experience.

I don't feel that my desire to work my way to promotion is heard. Also, my raise this past year was very minimal.

I've shown leadership above my level but my raise and bonus were blah. I've moved into a new role which is considered a promotion, but with no change in title or compensation.

My colleagues are incredible. Surely a well-rounded group with decades of experience in different areas. Professional when they want to be, and hooligans when they don't!

For the most part, everyone is eager to assist each other and non-judgmental.

300 characters is way too short to adequately explain. The short answer is that my responsibilities shifted in a way that I feel don't suit me particularly well, and now I'm tired constantly. I'm searching for a new position internally and externally.
