It's been a year of growth and excitement. I believe that although there are only a few levels of actual growth, there are other opportunities to contribute and grow withing the company. This was by far the healthiest tax season I've had in all my years and I look forward to many more.

Our leadership team really take criticisms and suggestions and integrates them into changes that benefit the workflow
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are incredible. Surely a well-rounded group with decades of experience in different areas. Professional when they want to be, and hooligans when they don't!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are generous and we are encouraged to use them. Flexible working time and emphasis on work-life balance are important to the company and it shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that we as a group collectively care about the clients. We aren't a turn- and burn firm. The best part is that even though it's a remote firm, at times it doesn't feel like that.
What makes you most happy at work?
When clients are excited about their businesses and about learning new things from our experts that can help them to expand and grow is very rewarding. Tax is one of those things that scares people. We approach tax not like a white-collar firm but like one for the people.
