What's the company culture like at Levelwing?
A bit rigorous, but fun team.
The people who work there are hard-working and lots of fun, but don't expect to have much fun during work hours. Everyone is glued to their screens and people stick to a pretty strict lunch/leave schedule. But after hours, everyone will hang and be fun.
How does Levelwing make decisions around promotions?
Seniority rules... unfortunately.
How's the vacation policy at Levelwing?
It's pretty great. 1.3 days accrued per month and you can borrow up to 3 days. Not insanely flexible with work from home or sickness, but policy is pretty good for a big company.
