Im a very outstanding worker that is dependable and flexible i go beyond the extra mile however good workers go unacknowledged. I've cried so many times in the bathroom because i hate the negative energy at work and the manager is the common denominator

Better quality video and clear directions to get to application process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It can actually be a fun place to work because of the different events. Meeting new people. There is some inviting people at work that is friendly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some employees are unapproachable when you speak they look at you with a grumpy face. Need to work on being team players. We dont have work meetings at all. We dont have incentives at all.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im a good worker and it continues to go unnnoticed meanwhile bad workers get rewarded. I dont know nothing about benefits nobody never spoke to me about them. My pay decreased after covid said they will adjust it but didnt. Dont get many hours. Pay be messed up at times.
