Nepotism runs rampant in this company. They dont hire skilled employess often. Management is not accountable and doesnt reply. People who work there are not nice nor very happy. Management doesnt reply nor engage and escpecially lack people skills in Phoenix.

Complete overload. Toxic imdividuals. Id start with character testing before hiring. These people lack pragmatics/social intelligence.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having new management understand my value. Knowing the people making key decisions like staffing, are doing it with out cruel intentions or motives that suit their relationships.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stay consistent. If you say no tatoos, them dont hire someone with them up and down their face amd arms. It set the tone from the very first few minutes. Which was followmour rules but as management....we won't.
