Liberty Mutual Insurance Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good benefits are regular benefits.

Medical coverage, dental coverage & retirement

They have an incentive plan on performance

The benefits package is generous

Salary fair. Benefits and PTO decent.

Parental leave of 16 weeks, cash pension, highly competitive healthcare benefits, mental health benefits that are unmatched, Roth investment option with match, new mobility benefit coming next year for wholesome care, and Milk Stork option for moms pumping while traveling to safely send milk home.

Incentive package, 401k match and vacation.

Cheaper benefits than the last two stock insurance companies I worked for, with equal or better coverage.

Pension, personal holidays, parental leave, bonus.

The best part is 401k

Bonus structure is incredible for everyone, especially high performers

Pension is a huge factor.

Pension is a huge bonus

Tuition reimbursment savings olan and health plan

401k and pension plan, total 9%

Pension and 401k, commission and compensation

The roth IRA is the best part

Well above industry standard pay

I greatly appreciate the health care coverage. Prior to my job i was paying for health insurance out of pocket, which was a pretty penny

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Renewals for agents are far lower than industry average

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel better about my compensation if I wasn't making less money than when I started there due to inflation.

Executives always looking to cut costs andvforce employees to pay more for benefits while making sure thier metrics ensurr nice big bonuses.

Pay bands are not equal

I wish they offered a Roth IRA account instead of a 401k

Review from Finance Dept

year after year i receive high marks and very high production no raise has been above 3%. Salaries lag 20-30% behind other companies, especially in last 5 years. Now everyone can work from home.

For long-term employees, their pay doesn't keep pace with the market. Routinely people come in from the outside making more (much more).

Better pay and more chances for advancement

I switched jobs and got about 60 percent more. They refused to acknowledge I worked at a higher job level, or that I did the work of two people.

Would always like more money and with us working in N Ireland we do not get the same benefits as ROI re discounts

We have taken over more challenging work without a pay increase

Review from Admin Dept

literally you were a number you were only as good as your stats.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I do not feel the compensation plan is fair when compared to the millions of dollars in bonuses upper management makes.

Review from Sales Dept

Health insurance is severely lacking in comparison to other companies

Review from Operations Dept

Merit based promotions and not ambiguous goals and requirements.

Review from Operations Dept

I’m an SA that brings in a lot of business for my rep from my srouces and I feel I should get more than the salary

Review from Sales Dept

Terribly low compensation, watered down benefits package.
