Close team with open communication and trust.
Smart people working together to find creative solutions, in spite of a lack of clear direction
I have no feedback at this time
They are empowered to improve
Leadership is out of touch and gaslights employees to believe they are doing something wrong instead of admitting their leads and producres are the problem.
How about in forcing integrity around your leadership team
Lots of meetings with little progress. Certain roles are left out of conversation, wasting skills and expertise to hear who speaks loudest.
More vision, holistic thinking, and ownership of things that don't necessarily fall squarely in the annual goals.
Learn to understand the meaning of teamwork and actually do the job they were hired to do instead of passing it off to someone else.

Not enough employees and are burning out the ones they have
They lie i customers just like their employees
Toxic work culture and poor overall working practices lead to a lot of digital products being created on assumptions rather than what is best for customers. Most resources are spent on getting more money in through sales quotes rather than investing in improving customer loyalty.
There are pockets of folks that are great to work with and trying to build a future.
