What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

EVERYTHING! Change in leadership. Please get a CEO who cares and actually listens.

Not enough employees and are burning out the ones they have

They lie i customers just like their employees

Toxic work culture and poor overall working practices lead to a lot of digital products being created on assumptions rather than what is best for customers. Most resources are spent on getting more money in through sales quotes rather than investing in improving customer loyalty.

Senior leadership is addicted to cutting head count.

Liberty plays those horrible commericals over and over but it needs to stop. They could also stop jacking up peoples rates everty year.

Liberty has all the signs of a business with a contracting customer base, or at least it is operating as such. There is high employee attrition and very little job security.

what is wrong is management playing deaf ears to the real issues, such as favoritism, micro-management, the "all about the numbers" game, no known opportunity for advancements unless relocating and the unrealistic metrics...most coworkers are burned out and stressed out and unhappy.

Workload is a joke, those that work hard are punished by needing to do more but not compensated for it. Those that can’t cut it get rewarded with less work and same/more pay.
